Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Creole Belle Farm, we appreciate you doing business with us.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we want to do what is necessary to make your purchase a positive one.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
New items: Defects are covered by various with manufacturer’s warranties and if defective you should contact them with proof of purchase for replacement or refund. Typically the manufacturer will send you a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) and an address to mail it to.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If it was originally shipped in manufacturer’s packaging the your item must be returned with in the original packaging.
Please include your receipt number or proof of purchase.
Refunds
For items manufactured by Creole Belle Farms, we use the same type of process. Contact us with description of problem or defect and we will issue a RMA number and return address. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it and we will immediately notify you by email address you used when making the purchase on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds
The internet and websites are such incredible inventions but sometimes they can be challenging. We use a reputable third party credit card processor for all electronic purchases and we never see the personal credit card details so…..
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account online.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will send you a RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization Number and the address to send it to.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Creole Belle Farm, 23558 Silver Springs Drive, Abita Springs LA. 70420.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
